So, you dealt with the monster hunter, Redcaps, Rot and a pile of other mischief while chasing down the Hag and now Baldur's Gate 3 presented you with a door that can't be opened.
Venturing under the Hag's hut through the fireplace will let you see some of her victims on display - a man holding his head in his arms, an elf who can see more than he bargained for and a door that can't be opened, and yet, you need to go through it.
The door is a cruel joke Larian played on the adventurers who kept trying to find a way to open it, when you don't actually need to do it at all.
How to get through the door in Hag's lair
Maybe you hoped those Persuasion or Intimidation checks would open the door for you but saw what seemed like a glitch in the mini-cutscene. Maybe you missed the detail altogether but that is exactly the answer - you just walk through it, no need to open. The door is an illusion.
If you are having trouble walking through the door just rotate the camera a little (default Q and E) to see the tunnel behind it.
That way you can click to move past the door, et voila. Just be ready for a tricky fight right after with people who have been trapped the Hag's masks. If you don't want to kill them, you can switch to Non-Lethal Attacks if you click on your Passives tab under the skill bar and knock them out instead. Click it again to return to the default skill bar view.
Non-Lethal Attacks only works in melee.
