Are you stuck with a pile of lava in the Adamantine Forge and now can't craft further, loot your rewards or get out? Here is a fix.

Some of the best items in the first Act in Baldur's Gate 3 are obtained through crafting in the Adamantine Forge but be aware that the best ones are the two armours and the shield, much more potent than the rest which are nothing more than glorified lockpicks.

In any case, the process of crafting these items requires you to let some lava into the forge in order to craft anything and it is supposed to go away shortly after knocking on the crucible, allowing you to collect the new item and get out of there.

If the lava persists longer than it should, you may be stuck but thankfully, there is a quick and easy solution for that.

Simply switch to the turn-based mode (default Shift+Enter on PC) and pass the turns on your party, allowing the environment to have its own. Lava will go away after the environment has two or three turns.

Once the lava is removed, it is safe to go back to real-time, collect any items you crafted and even craft new ones if you have Adamantite Ore left in your inventory.

While it didn't happen to me, it is possible that the lava will stick around again, at which point you should just repeat the process with the turn-based solution and it will once again let you go.
