Burst assault rifles can be found in treasure chests, supply drops and vending machines. Their epic variants deal 32 while legendary deals 33. The new Fortnite weapon relies on medium ammo and has the same fall off as the rest of the assault rifles.
Epic have really sweetened the deal with this patch, adding apples on certain, uncommon types of trees scattered around Fortnite's map. To make matters more interesting, the apples heal for five health but can heal you up to 100. Naturally, that requires you to stay in the open, so nice balancing move there Epic.
Fortnite's suppressed submachine guns have finally received some love from Epic, who upped their damage by three across the board. Their common, uncommon and rare variants now deal 20, 21 and 22 damage, respectively.
Also improved were suppressed smg fall off range and accuracy reset speeds, the latter of which means better results in continuous fire. We won't be bothering you with a lot of numbers but from what we've seen, the fall off suggest that Fortnite's suppressed smg may even be a viable option at more than just oh-no-shotgun range.
Trap damage is down from 125 to 75 and their reset time has been decreased from six to five seconds. There were some changes on remote explosives as well, which will damage all structures within a newly expanded range. Detonation and throwing charge delays have been decreased as well.
As usual, the patch is accompanied by a slew of performance improvements, user interface touch ups and minor tweaks, which you can find on Fortnite's official v2.4 patch notes page.

Hopefully, we don't see Thanos carrying around a burst assault rifle around. In case you haven't heard, to one Fortnite player and even though he's lost that game, it's still borderline scary.
