Playground Games' hit racing simulator Forza Horizon 4 is getting ready for the first big content drop on 25 October 2018, when it will be getting the highly anticipated Route Creator, a new Horizon story, Halloween Party content and more.

Forza Horizon 4 hits 2m players in week one

Playground Games have announced that the response to their UK themed racing title Forza Horizon 4, has been overwhelming, with the game hitting 2 million players in the first week and becoming the highest rated Xbox exclusive in this gen.

OCTOBER 10

The Crew 2 free weekend and free DLC incoming

Gator Rush is the first free update for The Crew 2 and it is now live on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. To top it off, Ubisoft have announced a free weekend event for the game, which will be accompanied by discount sales on the game.

Codemasters announce Dirt Rally 2.0

Racing specialists Codemasters have announced that Dirt Rally 2.0, the new instalment in the iconic off-road racing series that once bore the name of Colin McRae, will be coming to PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on 26 February 2019.

F1 2017 Patch 1.9: new car liveries and more

Patch 1.9 for F1 2017 is out for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Photo Mode is now available for consoles. A number of Esports-related features are included, most notably a spectator mode which adds TV-style broadcast on the left side of the screen.

Project Cars 2's original soundtrack

Project Cars 2's soundrack is now available. Stephen Baysted composed the music performed by London Metropolitan Orchestra and Mezzo Soprano Susan Legg. The soundtrack is nominated for Best Audio in the 25th Golden Joystick Awards.

Rocket League reaches 50 million players

Psyonics took to Twitter recently to thank both their veteran players as well as the newcomers for helping the game reach 50 million players in total. The number represents players across all platforms and it surfaced days before Season 9.
