Fortune Island is a first big expansion for Microsoft's Forza Horizon 4. The update is now available on both PC and Xbox One and it brings one new area which is separate from the main game. The update also brings ten new cars to the stable.

The first major Forza Horizon 4 update since its release, dubbed Fortune Island is now live and available for all PC and Xbox One players. Along with the new content, Playground Games are also releasing a fresh batch of fixes and improvements.

Fortune Island will include one new area, set in the northern British Isles. Judging by the trailer it's bringing heavy storms and beautiful northern lights. Playground Games have included ten new cars which vary from supercars like Lamborghini Aventador J to offroad buggies like Funco Motosports F9.

Along with these cars, the update contains the 2018's BMW M5, 2017's RAM 1500 Rebel TRX Concept, 2012's Koenigsegg, 2010's Saleen S5S Raptor and 2018 Exomotive Exocet Off-Road.

Players will also get 32 new race events, 25 PR stunts, treasure hunting on rocky terrains and new storyline called Drift Club 2.0 for which we didn't get any additional info but the name says it all.

The photo mode has got some minor adjustments with more freedom to camera movement along with bokeh effects and the ability to toggle headlights, drivers, wildlife and crowd characters.

Apart from the fresh content, Playground Games addressed some annoying issues. PC users who encountered crashes after entering the certain speed zone can now push their four-wheeled beasts to the limit without getting kicked to the desktop screen.

Some exploits have also been fixed like the one which allowed players to race in Rivals with cars that did not meet event restrictions and the Route Creator exploit where players could create routes to easily gain a large number of skill points.
