The Evil Within 2 has reached its launch day

Bethesda's The Evil Within 2 is out now for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. Shinji Mikami returns as the game’s producer and creative supervisor. A research study revealed that 4 million Brits are afraid of being without mobile signal.

Konami have shut down the development of fan made remake of their 2014 playable teaser for Silent Hills. While it sounds bad, the whole affair ended amicably as Konami opted to use carrot instead of a stick in order to resolve the issue.

More than 2 years in development The Sinking City finally gets a release date along with a new trailer. This open world horror game is set in 1920's and has tons of unsolved mysteries, all of which are slated for launch on 21 March 2019.

Resident Evil 2: Remake announced for 2019

Sony's E3 press conference saw the release of a fresh trailer for Resident Evil 2: Remake. The official release date is 25 January 2018. Capcom's remake will feature new visuals alongside a retelling of the original story back from 1998.

Bethesda opened the hype season with Fallout 76 teaser, Ubisoft continued with Assassin's Creed Odyssey leak and teaser and Sony seems to be keen on keeping away any possible calm before the E3 storm by announcing five games over five days.

The will be no censorship patch for Agony

Madmind Studio have had major issues getting their game Agony rated M in order to release it on different platforms. They originally planned to release a patch that removes censorship on PC, but it will not be possible apparently.

Stalker 2 in development, coming in 2021

Ukranian developer GSC Game World has officially announced the sequel to their first person shooter Stalker and if everything goes as planned, we'll be seeing it in 2021. Having said that, the last attempt at Stalker 2 didn't go so well.

Firesprite, a development studio from Liverpool is working on a new horror game for PS VR. The narrative unfolds on a spaceship called The Persistence, with an expendable crew that you'll probably kill after they all turn against you

Agony getting a PC patch to kill censorship

Madmind Studio have pushed Agony release back once again, in order to censor certain stages for console versions due to age ratings in some parts of the world. PC players will be unaffected since they will get a patch to remove the changes.

Sledgehammer Games' founders, Michael Condrey and Glen Schofield, have decided to leave the studio in Aaron Halon's hands. The duo took Activision up on their offer of "new executive duties" within the company. Sledgehammer Games was founded back in 2009.

The Evil Within 2 is as deranged and scary as horror games get these days but Tango Games want to kick it up a notch. The survival horror game received a first person mode for that genuine horror experience in its latest update.

TinyBuild releasing six games on the Switch

Dynamic Pixels and TinyBuild are getting ready to see their survival horror game Hello Neighbor on Nintendo's hybrid console. In addition to Hello Neighbor, five more games published by TinyBuild are set to launch for the Switch.

Metal Gear Survive gameplay video splits fanbase

It was abundantly clear to anyone but Konami that the course they decided to take with the Metal Gear series will produce a lot of disgruntled fans, as if Hideo Kojima's split with the company wasn't enough.

Resident Evil 7 Gold Edition out now

Capcom's Resident Evil 7 biohazard Gold Edition is now available for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Owners of the base game can download Not a Hero DLC for free. End of Zoe DLC is included in Gold Edition, and it's also available to download as an update if you are a Season Pass owner.

Metal Gear Survive will release in early 2018

If you are among the five or so Metal Gear fans who hold the firm belief that the series could do with more zombies and multiplayer co-op then you are in luck. Konami has now disclosed a release date for the title and it's coming in early 2018.

Behaviour Interactive's asymmetrical horror survival title Dead by Daylight will be free for a trial run up until the end of this week on Steam. During the same time, the title and all of its DLC are available at a 50 per cent discount.

Dead Rising 4: Frank’s Big Package

Dead Rising 4: Frank’s Big Package will become available for PlayStation 4 owners on 05 December, 2017. The bundle will contain all downloadable content released for the game. Players on Xbox One, Steam and Windows 10 will receive the all-new “Capcom Heroes” mode as a free update when Dead Rising 4: Frank’s Big Package is released.

Darkwood developers upload their own game to The Pirate Bay

Darkwood released a short while ago after over 4 years of development, and the game is already up on The Pirate Bay - uploaded by the developers themselves. Acid Wizard Studio wants everyone except for key re-sellers to be able to enjoy the game.

Black Mirror - a reboot

King Art Games and Thq Nordic are working on a Black Mirror reboot. The game will feature a new gameplay element: vision-like apparitions. A playable demo will be available at Thq Nordic's booth at gamescom 2017.
