Xbox have officially announced their 20th anniversary-themed hardware which is now available for pre-orders. Both the new Xbox controller and headset will be launching on November 15.

Xbox will be 20 years old on November 15 and to celebrate their big anniversary, the company are releasing special, anniversary-themed, hardware which includes a new headset and Xbox controller. Both are available right now for pre-order via Microsoft Store and will be releasing on November 15.

The new design has been inspired by "our favourite memories together from the last 20 years" says Xbox, which is why they "created not one, but two unique accessories to commemorate this milestone."

Both the headphones and the controller look pretty rad - we dig the Black and green combo with the transparent plastic.

Additionally, when you connect the controller to the console, you'll get an exclusive 20th Anniversary dynamic background. Check it out below:

There's also some new merch, a new charging dock for the controller and more. But it looks like Xbox won't be hosting a special event to celebrate the 20 years of the console. Many players were hopeful that such an event would be a perfect place to showcase new footage of the upcoming games but as things stand, we will have to wait for The Game Awards 2021 show later this December to see Xbox's upcoming games. Rumour has it that Hellblade 2 could be there.
