Fury is set to begin her quest againste Seven Deadly Sins in just over a month, on 27 November 2018, but THQ Nordic and Gunfire Games are already teasing the first bits of post launch content, named The Crucible and Keepers of the Void.

According to THQ Nordic and Gunfire games, the first DLC pack, named The Crucible, will be a horde mode where a "strange entity" wishes to test Fury's skills in battle. Considering her fiery nature, Fury naturally didn't back down from a challenge and enters the new location known as Crucible.

The official description only states that she will fight wave after wave of enemies, but it is not yet known if the waves will be endless. She will have a chance to unlock "new rewards and items" but no specifics have been given and THQ Nordic didn't reveal the criteria for unlocking them.

Meanwhile, Keepers of the Void will see the return of Vulgrim, who offers Fury a quest to travel to the Serpent Holes in order to put an end "to an ancient threat that resides there". This DLC pack will focus more on the thinking game, rather than ploughing through waves of enemies as the description states "Serpent Holes are riddled with new puzzles".

Combat side of gameplay isn't relegated though, as Keepers of the Void will also introduce "enemies eager to test Fury's abilities", who are presumably creatures not encountered in vanilla game. There is slightly more detail on this DLC pack, as Fury can unlock an "all new weapon from the Hollows" and the main prize has a name - The Abyssal Armour.

There is currently no pricing on either of these DLC packs, but both will be included in the Deluxe Edition, which currently costs $69,99 / €69,99 / ~£61,30 which is not that much compared to the standard edition's price which stands at $59,99 / €59,99 / £52.49.

Then again, it remains to be seen how good the DLC will be, or even how good the game will be in general, before making decisions whether to buy any of the content. We are not exactly fans of pre-orders here at AltChar, so while pre-ordering DLC might seem enticing, we do not recommend it.
