After a long wait, we're finally getting some fresh details and potentially gameplay for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. Developer Rocksteady have today announced that the first episode of Suicide Squad Insider will be aired tomorrow, November 15, 203 at 10 AM PST / 7 PM CET.
In the official teaser trailer for the Insider episode, Rocksteady confirmed that they will be talking about story and gameplay in detail. The episode will be streamed on the official Batman Arkham YouTube channel.
"Get ready for an exclusive look inside Suicide Squad! The first episode of Rocksteady's new series of videos, showcasing story details and gameplay of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, will go live this Wednesday, November 15th at 10 am PST / 6 pm GMT!," the devs said.
This certainly does not come as a surprise since Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League is set to launch in a couple of months so Warner Bros. and Rocksteady really need to start talking about the game again.
Whether or not Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League actually launches on that date or gets another delay, well, it remains to be seen. We certainly are not that confident given that the team was completely silent until now and these Insider episodes seem to come a bit too close to launch.
One thing that gamers are probably eagerly awaiting to see is how the game looks and plays now in comparison to that co-op reveal trailer eight months ago. That specific trailer was not accepted well by the community, to say the least, so the expectations are certainly high, especially after the long delay.
Rocksteady said back then that they will be delaying the game and take the feedback from players to try and improve Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. It's a brave move by the team and we hope they manage to pull it off.
