In addition to offering exclusive in-game content for Riot's popular games, Prime Gaming will continue to act as a global sponsor for Riot's esports titles, including League of Legends Esports and Valorant Esports.
Amazon Prime Gaming and video game developer and publisher, Riot Games, have extended their partnership to enhance the gaming experience of Amazon Prime members. As part of the promotion, exclusive in-game content will be made available for Riot's major titles, such as League of Legends, Legends of Runeterra, Valorant, League of Legends: Wild Rift, and also for the newly added game, Teamfight Tactics.
As a new development, Prime Gaming will also be the first global sponsor for Teamfight Tactics Esports, and will provide free content during various events throughout the year.
This partnership will continue through 2023 and demonstrates Prime Gaming's commitment to supporting Riot's exceptional esports events, which are highly sought-after and frequently sell out some of the world's most famous arenas in a short period of time.
Prime Gaming Content
Players with subscription to the Amazon Prime Gaming will have the chance to get the following:
- League of Legends — The Prime Gaming Capsule includes a Mystery Skin Permanent (guaranteed epic), a Champion Permanent, 350 Riot Points, 30-day XP boost, Mystery Ward Skin, two Series 1 Eternal Shards, and 200 Orange Essence
- Teamfight Tactics — For the first time, Prime members can claim content every month for an entire year (12 drops total) for the leading autobattler. This will include Emote, Icon, Little Legend and Star Shard bundle content
- League of Legends: Wild Rift — Prime members can grab content every month for an entire year (12 drops total) for the mobile game. Content will include random Baubles, Emotes, Recalls, Skins, and Skin Poses
- Valorant — Players can grab timed-exclusive core content every month for an entire year (12 drops total) for Valorant gameplay. Planned content includes Player Cards, Gun Buddies and Sprays
- Legends of Runeterra — Prime members can claim content on a monthly basis including: Tier 3 Prismatic Chests, Epic Cards and Rare Cards.
Throughout the year-long partnership, Prime Gaming will serve as a global sponsor for various competitions in the League of Legends Esports, Valorant Champions Tour, and Teamfight Tactics Esports. Additionally, Prime Gaming will sponsor multiple events for the LCS and LEC in 2023, as well as VCT competitions in North America and EMEA regions.
Prime members will have access to exclusive Esports emotes during global LoL Esports events such as MSI and Worlds. During VCT events, Prime Gaming will continue to showcase significant broadcast moments, including Agent Selects, Flawless, and post-match highlights.
