Capcom have today revealed a bunch of new details about their highly-anticipated horror game Resident Evil Requiem, which is set to launch early next year.
The pre-orders for the game are now open, and we havethe first info on the editions, bonuses and more.
Pre-Order Bonuses and Special Editions
All pre-orders include Grace's "Apocalypse" costume as a bonus reward. Resident Evil Requiem releases in Standard and Deluxe editions, with the latter bundling five exclusive costumes, four weapon skins, two screen filters, weapon charms, and additional cosmetic content. A physical Deluxe Steelbook Edition combines the game with all Deluxe Edition extras for collectors.

The game will be available in two editions - Standard and Deluxe, with the Deluxe edition featuring the base game as the Standard edition, plus an exclusive pack of five costumes, four weapon skins, two screen filters, two weapon charms, and more. Epic Games Store Brings Fortnite Crossover
In one of the most unusual collaborations you'll see all year, players purchasing the game through Epic Games Store will receive exclusive Resident Evil-themed Fortnite collaboration items, including a Grace character skin. The cosmetics will be distributed after Resident Evil Requiem's February launch, with Capcom promising additional details closer to release.
Nintendo Switch 2 Gets Exclusive Hardware
Nintendo fans can snag a special edition Resident Evil Requiem Pro Controller styled in gunmetal black with game-inspired artwork, available at launch. Grace will also become the franchise's first-ever Resident Evil amiibo figure, releasing summer 2026—perfect for fans who've been waiting 29 years for official RE collectible figures.
Resident Evil Requiem is set to launch on February 27, 2026, for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2.
Capcom promise to reveal more of the game very soon in what will be "a jaw-dropping Resident Evil Showcase" as per their press release.
