Sony and PlayStation have quite a few things going on at the moment, from PS Awards to the introduction into the Guinness Book of Records, but they didn't forget about PS Now subscribers, who are getting PUBG and two others in December.
"Hello, PlayStation Now fans! The Christmas period is here and it's time to enjoy some holiday treats. Starting today, PS Now subscribers can enjoy PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG), Wolfenstein; The Old Blood and F1 2019 - available to stream and download on PS Now, joining the PlayStation Now library of more than 700 games in all", they wrote.
We'll do a quick run-through, even though all three are quite prominent games that you probably know at least something about.
Playerunknown's Battlegrounds, or PUBG in short, is the staple of the battle royale genre, the one that cemented it as a mainstream genre, from was considered by many to be a mere passing fad. Granted, it's been some time since PUBG boasted its highest numbers, but that's where you can help thanks to PS Now's December offer.
Next up is Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, which launched in 2015 after The New Order, although in terms of the storyline, The Old Blood is its prequel. As you'd expect, you'll be playing as William BJ Blazkowicz and relieving hordes of Nazis of their, ahem, breathing responsibilities.
F1 2019 is Codemasters' excellent Formula One simulation, which is sure to strike a chord with F1 lovers, or those just interested in taking it out for a spin. Codemasters traditionally did quite an exquisite job, both in driving and eye candy departments.
