Blizzard developers have had their hands full over the last couple of days since Overwatch 2 launch is not going as smooth as they've hoped. Many players report various issues including freezing and crashing, account wipes and error messages that prevent them from playing their favourite shooter.
One of the error messages is a simple apology from Blizzard "Sorry, unable to log you in." which seems to be the most frequent problem for the majority of players. Sadly, there is no workaround for this error message at the moment so all you can do is sit patiently and wait for the official fix.
You could try the old-fashioned "turning it off and on again" method by restarting your modem or disconnecting the console/PC from the internet and then re-connecting again but we doubt that'll help.
Blizzard did say that servers are finally starting to stabilise father the launch day but some players may still experience issues that prevent them from joining a match.
Hopefully, we'll get a fix for these very soon so everyone who was eagerly waiting to finally play Overwatch 2 can do that.
Overwatch 2 is officially out now on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch.
