Team Ninja and Koei Tecmo has just dropped a hefty demo update for Nioh 3, bringing the current version number to 1.02.02. This update serves as a big round of polish to the game, with large focus being placed on high level ability balance and general bug fixes that interfered with the combat flow or online play.
Moves have been buffed up, but several other abilities have been toned down on their Ki damage output or spam potential. Team Ninja wants players to utilize strategy with every fight they take on, and these balance changes should help the encounters feel a bit more reliable.
Speaking of fixes, a massive laundry list of bugs were addressed in this patch. From individual moves not functioning properly to photo mode and character creation issues, as well as vital fixes for Steam users on keyboard and mouse.
