Streum On Studio released a new trailer for Necromunda: Hired Gun that delves into the environments and people we'll meet in the Underhive but also mentioned an interesting detail about the protagonist.
Just like the devs explained before and now once again with the newest trailer, Necromunda: Hired Gun is all about taking on those bounties, navigating the massive Underhive and killing people alongside your faithful doggo.
The latest trailer briefly introduces the main character to the viewers as well and hints that we will either have the ability to create a character or take a pick from several preset characters.
They all have only one thing in common - the mechanical arms, which may further hint they will be the focus of character progression in the game. In other words, we will likely be unlocking implants and augmentations, not unlike those seen in Deus Ex games or more recently - Cyberpunk 2077.
As for the rest of the trailer, it's a pretty neat tour of the Underhive where we get to see many of its denizens and various areas that will be our playground of destruction. One bit focuses on the trains that bring materials for the massive forges that produce gear for The Imperium's armies so it's possible we will raid those supplies at some point as well.
It's going to be all fun and games but let's hope Ordo Hereticus don't decide they've had it with gangs and other denizens of Necromunda.
