It looks like Mortal Kombat 11 is getting its first story DLC. NetherRealm and WB Games shared a short trailer, teasing the full reveal of the DLC, which is set for tomorrow, 06 May 2020.
NetherRealm's brutal fighter Mortal Kombat 11 has been a major success for both the developer and publisher WB Games but many players feel that the post-launch updates have been releasing a bit slower than expected. As you may know, Mortal Kombat 11 added a fresh batch of fighters including The Terminator and The Joker but a bigger DLC that would expand the story is still awaited by many players.
However, that will change tomorrow, when WB Games and NetherRealm plan to officially unveil the story DLC for Mortal Kombat 11. As you can see right at the end of the trailer below, Shang Tsung is joined by two characters that we can't really recognize but the one on the right looks like the new Fujin design.
What exactly are the trio planning it is unknown at the moment but of course, all the details about the story DLC will be revealed tomorrow.
It's also possible that NetherRealm and WB Games are teasing the second Kombat Pack DLC, but do not get your hopes up just yet.
After all, the full announcement is imminent so we will not have to wait for too long to see what exactly the developers have in store for us.
Mortal Kombat 11 is available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
