Lost Ark's main update for June 2023 is filled to the brim with narrative developments as Smilegate and Amazon Game Studios are progressing the story to the point where South Vern is getting invaded by demons while Legion Commanders are getting powered up.
Kazeros got resurrected due to the Dimensional Rift, the gates to Elgacia are open and the Arkesians are about to get a whole lot of things to do.
Kadan and Nineveh will introduce players to Elgacia, the land of Lazeniths, allowing them to explore Ereonnor, the city of light that was supposed to celebrate the local deities.
Additional areas that will open are the Hestera Garden and Mount Phylantos, completing the list of areas currently available in Elgacia, which will require at least Item Level 1460.
Players will also be able to get into a 4-player Abyssal Dungeon that can be accessed after completing the continent's story. The dungeon has two difficulties, with Normal requiring 1540 or higher Item Level while the Hard Mode will require 1580 or more.
As per usual, the higher difficulties will yield better rewards. One of the items from the loot table includes the ability to upgrade the Ancient Legion raid gear set bonuses to level three while another will allow you to upgrade Relic Ability stones to Ancient.
Besides the introduction of Elgacia, players will also gain access to the final 25 floors in Fortunespire along with additional quality of life improvements and cosmetics.
The update is set to go live on June 14, 2023.
