Life is Strange: Before the Storm has a new dev video. Two writers and a voice actress talk about Chloe and Rachel's relationship. The first episode launches on 31 August.
LIfe is Strange: Before the Storm seems to be coming together nicely. On an entirely different note, there is a new developer video titled Chloe and Rachel. In the video, writers and Chloe's voice actor talk about well, Chloe and a little bit about Rachel.
Ashly Burch, credited as a writing consultant in Before the Storm, makes an appearance in the video. "We are extremely happy to have been able to involve Ashly Burch in the creation of Before the Storm as a writing consultant - she has truly helped mould the younger Chloe Price into the character you will play" - says the press release about the consultant.

Ashly and lead writer Zak Gariss were tasked with coming up with an entirely new story "at a time where our lead character is facing such rawness of hurt, in so many facets of her life".
Rhianna Devries also makes an appearance. She is lending her voice to the younger Chloe. "Rhianna has been working with Season One's returning voice over director, to ensure the level of performance and emotion is on par with the original game".

The first of three episodes of Life is Strange: Before the Storm is titled "Awake" and will launch on 31 August 2017 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC (via Steam).
The first game in the series was created by Dontnod Entertainment, a developer studio from Paris, and Life is Strange: Before the Storm is under development by Denver based studio, Deck Nine Games.
