So many new things have happened, and now it's time to see what Riot has in store for those of us who stuck around all year. So, if you want a free skin at the end of the season, it's time to grind some solo queue and try to reach at least Gold!

At the end of each year,  Riot Games  ends its ranked season. Those of you who were lucky enough to reach Gold or higher will get some interesting rewards!  Before the official end of the season, there’s still some time to push for your goals before the Ranked season officially closes on November 14 at 11:59:59 PM in your local server’s time zone.

If you placed Gold or higher in this  League of Legends  ranked season in either Solo/Duo or Ranked Flex queues you'll receive the Victorious Sejuani skin. Additionally, everyone who finished Ranked placements in Solo/Duo, Flex, or both will receive an Eternals Sejuani Series 1 Permanent, a Ranked profile icon for your highest rank in both Solo/Duo and Flex queues, and a Ranked profile banner trim.

At the end of every League of Legends ranked season Riot gives out small gifts to every single player that played ranked. Last year players received a Victorious Blitzcrank skin and based on their rank a bunch of chromas as well.

If you ended the season at Honor 5, you'll obtain the Three Honors Malzahar skin and the Malzahar Champion Permanent within 4 weeks of the season ending.

You’ll also receive an Honor capsule based on your final honour level:

  • Honor Level 3 - Honor 3 Capsule, Random Ward Skin, 3 Key Shards
  • Honor Level 4 - Honor 4 Capsule, Random Ward Skin, Random Emote Permanent, 3 Key Shards
  • Honor Level 5 - Honor 5 Capsule, Random Ward Skin, Random Emote Permanent, 6 Key Shards

Riot Games are preparing some big changes for Season 13. According to a post by Riot in August, the balance team is looking to make the jungle an easier position to start off with.

Matt "Phroxzon" Leung-Harrison, the lead designer of the League of Legends balance team also stated that they would look to see how to improve the state of the top lane in League of Legends in pre-season, but we are still waiting on their final say.
