League of Legends patch changes must first be tested on the Public Beta Environment servers, before going live. So, due to that, we have the option of knowing which champs Riot Games are buffing and nerfing, before the patch goes live.
There is also the option of trying out the new skins, of the Fright Night skin line, for free once they go live on the rest of the servers.
The champions getting nerfed in patch 12.18, for now, are:
- Miss Fortune
- Kalista
- Lulu
- Nocturne
- Kayn - Rhaast Form
- Hecarim
It would appear that the recent Miss Fortune buffs, even after the reverts, were far too much for the current League of Legends meta. And, even though the lethality build is staying where it is at the moment, crit MF is getting nerfed, alongside Hecarim who also got buffs recently.
On the other hand, champions getting buffed in League of Legends patch 12.18 are:
- Ashe - ADC role
- Thresh
- Lee
- Nasus
Finally, Riot Games are buffing Ashe ADC, and are moving her away from the support role, where she spams her W and tries to find a pick with her ultimate, which has an extremely low cooldown. All in all, it should stop being such an elo-inflated champion, for sure.
