League of Legends patch 10.11 will bring some very interesting changes including the long-anticipated AD carry buffs, as well as the new Volibear rework.
After releasing the balance target list yesterday, Riot Games' lead gameplay designer, Mark Yetter, has now tweeted about the specific changes targeting the champions for patch 10.11. We will finally see the previously announced AD carry buffs.
On the other side, we'll have to wait a little longer for the mid lane nerfs since they don't seem to be a part of the next patch.
Some AD carries like Kalista, Lucian, Tristana, and Vayne could potentially exploit this change in the solo lanes and that's why the balance team made the decision to make their adjustments scale through the game.
The nerfs to Syndra and Talon are somewhat expected since both of them have been dominating the mid lane in most of their match-ups. Syndra has probably been the safest control mage in the game for a couple of patches now while Talon's roaming potential can't be matched by any other champion at the moment.
The Kai'Sa buffs could make her become the strongest ADC in the game considering that she's already one of the best late-game champions in the bot lane, alongside Vayne.
Although the Zeal item buffs were intended for AD carries, there are also some other champions that could benefit from them like Yasuo, Tryndamere, or URF Hecarim.
The Fiddlesticks rework hasn't had the best start so it's no wonder that our scary friend is getting buffed repeatedly. He's currently holding one of the best win rates in the jungle position with 52.4 per cent.
Graves has a very high win rate considering that he's one of the most played champions in the game. This doesn't come as a surprise since he benefited from the recent Death's Dance changes more than any other champion which is most likely the reason behind this nerf.
