Mark Yetter, a Riot Games employee, revealed the balance targets for patch 10.11. It seems the long-anticipated AD carry buffs will finally hit the live servers.
League of Legends' lead gameplay designer, Mark Yetter, also known as Riot Scruffy revealed the list of champions they are going to change in the upcoming 10.11 patch. The specific changes aren't out yet, but we have a brief overview of what the new patch might be including.
The list of champions that will receive buffs this patch is as follows:
- Fiddlesticks
- Gangplank
- Hecarim
- Kai'Sa
- Lux
Depending on how big it will be, the Kai'Sa buff could make her become the strongest AD carry in the game considering that she's already one of the best picks for the bot lane.
Champions that will receive nerfs this patch include:
- Graves
- Talon
- Janna
- Syndra
Syndra and Talon have been dominating the mid lane in most of their match-ups. Talon's roaming potential can't be matched by any other mid laner at the moment, while Syndra has probably been the safest control mage in the game for a couple of patches now.
There will also be some additional base HP buffs Riot previously announced for the following champions:
- Aphelios
- Ashe
- Caitlyn
- Draven
- Ezreal
- Jhin
- Jinx
- Kai'Sa
- Kog'Maw
- Miss Fortune
- Sivir
- Twitch
- Varus
- Xayah
Some champions like Lucian, Kalista, Tristana, and Vayne could potentially exploit this change in the solo lanes and that's why Riot decided to make their buff scale through the game.
