According to current leaks the popular Inkshadow skin line from League of Legends will return in 2025. The Inkshadow collection debuted at the 2023 MSI event and gained rapid popularity among fans because of its striking visuals which blend Eastern calligraphy-inspired art with bright colors and dramatic spell effects.
The line returns for this year’s Riot Games Mid-Season Invitational after being absent in 2024. The trusted League leaker Big Bad Bear reports that multiple new champions will receive Inkshadow skins including at least one Legendary-tier cosmetic option.
Inkshadow Shen and Tryndamere Confirmed
The leak explicitly lists Shen and Tryndamere among the champions set to receive new Inkshadow skins. Rumors suggest that Shen will receive a Legendary skin upgrade which will require full revisions of his animations, voice lines, and effects.
Big Bad Bear indicated that Aatrox might soon join the Inkshadow lineup following insights about his spell effects. The combination of Aatrox’s dark sweeping abilities with the aesthetics of brush strokes and ink splashes would create a visually stunning fit.

The leaked information reveals that Inkshadow 2025 skins will enter the Public Beta Environment during the following test cycle before their full release with Patch 25.12 on June 11, 2025.
