Neocore Games announced the first batch of balance changes for King Arthur: Knight's Tale from the patch that is due on December 2, 2023.
This is not the full list of changes but just highlights of what are possibly the most significant ones, including buffs to certain knights who were mostly collecting dust in Camelot.
Others received adjustments or straight-up nerfs in order to bring them more in line with the rest.
King Arthur: Knight's Tale balance changes
- Merlin
- Enemies with 50 per cent Mental Debuff Resist will ignore Illusion
- Fog and Raven Swarm buffed to compensate
- Sir Balin
- Is now exceptionally mobile
- Sir Balan
- Is now a slow, heavily armoured Champion
- Sir Bedivere
- Multiple changes to make him a frontline brawler
- Gets Berserking
- Should get him on par with other heroes in regards to damage output and sustain
- Sir Ector
- Can now summon and command The Lost
- It will have its own new masteries
- Can now summon and command The Lost
- Sir Lanval
- Restless trait and skill tree reworked
- Dazing Strike added, gives stun to his single target abilities, including basic attack
- Sir Mordred
- Keeper of the Excalibur trait buffed to keep him from falling off in late-game
- Gives more AP and weapon damage
- Lightning Cleave replaces Cleave
- Keeper of the Excalibur trait buffed to keep him from falling off in late-game
Additional changes will be made for other heroes and the mentioned ones as well in order to bring more balance to the roster.
There is still a month and a half until the patch so we can expect these bits and pieces of information about the update as the devs noted the change log is a pretty big one.
