343 Industries will host the first multiplayer technical preview for Halo Infinite this weekend. The devs have started to sent out the invites, confirming that the test will run from July 29 to August 1.

Halo Infinite technical test is set to officially kick off tomorrow - July 29, 2021. After a long wait, those who got the invite will be able to try out the game's multiplayer on selected maps. The multiplayer technical test will run for three days before ending on August 1, 2021.

343 Industries will go live tomorrow with the first look at the technical preview, where they plan to share all the details about the test, including what's exactly in store and how you get in if you're selected.

The live stream will start at 2:00 PM PT / 11:00 PM CET, and you can watch it via the links below:

Of course, this will not be the only Halo Infinite test so there's still a chance you get to play it before launch. We also expect an open beta test a bit closer to the release, which is a perfect opportunity to see if the new Halo is your fit. Furthermore, the game's multiplayer is free-to-play so you can try it when it arrives without spending a dime.

Halo Infinite is officially launching on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC later this year. The specific release date is yet to be announced but Microsoft are confident in the game's Holiday release window.
