Correspondingly, Sony announced the significant update of the PlayStation Plus Extra catalog for next month, as part of which 18 titles would be leaving the gaming service - PS Plus Extra, on November 18.
The list removes some of the most darling and iconic titles from this probably biggest removal from recent memory for a subscription.
Notable titles leaving include GTA: San Andreas - The Definitive Edition, Red Dead Redemption 2, and the Kingdom Hearts trilogy. Some indie darlings that will be gone include Teardown, Blasphemous, Overcooked 2, and Superliminal.
Removing these games could also be related to upcoming Black Friday sales and holiday discounts since developers and publishers often use the shopping season as a time to help push new sales of the titles outside of subscription services.
Which is to say, for PlayStation Plus Extra subscribers, you've got a little more than a month to play any of the below games on the list before they disappear from the catalog.
Some of the most highly rated titles on this list can offer hours of entertainment, so now is quite literally the time to dive into anything one might have missed.
Here is the complete list of games leaving PS Plus Extra this November 18th:
- GTA: San Andreas - Definitive Edition (PS4, PS5)
