Forza Motorsport Update 5.0 adds Nurburgring Nordschleife, new career events and more

The latest update for Forza Motorsport Version 5.0 was just released on all platforms (PC and Xbox Series X|S). There's so much to do on this 8.7GB patch as it contains a brand new track, and discounted cars and it solves a lot of the bugs players have reported.

So get ready to race in the Nürburgring, the epic 20.8-kilometre Nordschleife track, and push your favourite cars to their limits.

The New Track

The latest track in Forza Motorsport is the Nordschleife. This German track is known for its unpredictable nature. It was built in Nürburg in the 1920s. Here's what you can expect from this track:

• 20.8 Km length
• 170 corners
• 300m of elevation changes
• The Karussell
• Long straights

This exhilarating and adrenaline-pumping track has a unique feature, the Karussell. It's a banked turn that gives drivers the sensation of being in a giant bowl. Its production car lap record is held by Mercedes-AMG ONE at 6:35.183. However, the overall lap record is held by the Porsche 919 Hybrid Evo at  5:19.546.
