Fortnite’s crossover factory shows no sign of slowing down anytime soon, and new leaks suggest the next collab will be as stylish as they come.
Trusted members of the community report that Batman Beyond and Joker Beyond are heading to Fortnite in a future update, with an advanced, stylish take on Gotham City. Of course, Epic Games has not confirmed any of this just yet, but it is falling right in line with Fortnite’s Winterfest season, which is typically full of major collaborations.
If this leak ends up being on point, it may be one of the most visually unique DC crossovers the game has yet seen.
What we know so far about the crossover
The rumour is courtesy of popular Fortnite leaker HYPEX, who posted details that point to both Batman Beyond and Joker Beyond existing in the game’s files. Datamining from the Winterfest 2025 update also backs this up, and would seem to indicate the skins might be arriving sooner rather than later.
Batman Beyond is a completely new take on the Caped Crusader. He sports a sleek, sci-fi looking suit, and takes place in a future version of Gotham. Joker Beyond has a similar vibe, delivering a cyberpunk, and darker take on the Clown Prince of Crime. It’s also a style Fortnite hasn’t really done with DC characters in the past, which makes this crossover unique.
What players can expect from the skins
If these skins play out like most Fortnite crossovers, we can probably expect to see them in the Item Shop with themed cosmetics.
Which typically means:
- matching back bling
- themed pickaxes or harvesting tools
- maybe a glider with a cyberpunk design
It’s also possible Epic will tie the skins to timed quests or small tasks, though nothing like that has been found or confirmed yet.
