Fortnite Icon Series is no stranger to expanding the roster and once again, one of the internet’s most recognisable creators is joining. Streamer and content creator IShowSpeed is officially in, marking another first for Epic Games and for Speed himself.
The collab was announced on December 25, 2025, making it the year’s last Icon Series drop. The addition holds a little more weight for long-time fans, however, since Fortnite contributed to IShowSpeed’s rise as a streamer before going on to captivate a worldwide audience.
How the collaboration was revealed
Rumours and speculation of IShowSpeed’s debut in Fortnite kicked off several days prior to the official announcement. IShowSpeed hinted on a livestream that viewers should take a look back at his oldest content.
Fans quickly caught onto the suggestion, as it was typically made before big announcements. Fans’ suspicions were realised on Christmas Day, with Epic Games releasing the details of the Icon Series bundle.
The reveal received a strong reaction across social media, underscoring how Fortnite’s fanbase closely overlaps with that of creator culture.
What’s included in the IShowSpeed bundle
The Fortnite IShowSpeed Bundle is available in the Item Shop for 3,000 V-Bucks and includes the following items:
- IShowSpeed Outfit
- Reactive ISuperSpeed Outfit
- Speed Cam Back Bling
- Trident Pickaxe
- Speedboard Glider
- Barrier Breaker Emote
The reactive outfit responds during gameplay, adding visual flair that reflects IShowSpeed’s energetic personality.
Why this Icon Series addition matters
IShowSpeed’s addition to Fortnite is a natural step for the game, as his fellow creators Ninja, Kai Cenat and MrBeast are all present as icons already.
By uniting gaming and online creator culture in such a space, Fortnite increasingly looks to the trends happening on the internet at large as opposed to within gaming culture alone.
The Icon Series addition also looks to be a personal one over a promotional, one given Speed’s history with the game.
Availability window
The bundle is predicted to stay in the Item Shop until January 3, 2026 before it rotates out for potentially good, so it’s a once-in-a-blue-moon addition.
