Call of Duty: Warzone gameplay has appeared on YouTube before the embargo lift. A YouTuber Chaos has uploaded his review of the game mode, with exclusive gameplay footage.
The wait is almost over. Call of Duty: Warzone release is now imminent. The reviews for Activision's long-awaited standalone battle royale mode have started to surface on YouTube, giving us a first glimpse at the Warzone's gameplay.
As expected, the previous leaks and rumours about the mode were spot on and Call of Duty: Warzone is a free to play, standalone game, which you will get to play even if you did not purchase Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
YouTuber Chaos also confirms that Warzone features two game modes and supports up to 150 players in Solos, Duos and Trios. On top of this, plunder rumours were correct and players will use plunder station to buy revive tokens and Killstreaks.
The Gulag is also included. Upon their first death, players will respawn back in Gulag, where they will have a 1v1 with another player to return to the match.
Chaos also says that there is a ton of vehicles and they feel great, not "glitchy or wonky". Armour has been completely reworked and simplified to offer a more realistic experience. Forget the armour from Blackout, in Warzone you have armour plates, which you can equip on the run.
As for looting, Chaos says it's really fast and you can quickly identify what exactly you need and what you don't need.
Call of Duty: Warzone embargo lifts sometime today, while the official release should arrive tomorrow - 10 March 2020.
