From Software's upcoming souls-like RPG Elden Ring will be shown at Taipei Game Show in February 2020. The game won't be playable at the show and only available in video format.
Not a lot has been said about From Software's new project Elden Ring ever since the official announcement at E3 2019. We know that the game is another souls-like game, made by Hidetaka Miyazaki and Game of Thrones creator George. R.R. Martin.
Many fans are eagerly awaiting information about the game but until now, we only have unconfirmed info found in various leaks and rumours. However, this could change in the upcoming months as there are a couple of big events where From Software could reveal a new trailer or even more.
One of these events is the Taipei Game Show (TGS) and according to Sony's TGS 2020 exhibition page, Elden Ring will be one of the games on the show. As expected, the game will not be playable and will only be available in video format which suggests that a new trailer could finally drop. However, keep your excitement low as it's possible that From Software only show a Chinese subtitle version of the E3 teaser trailer.
Another big event is coming in February 2020 according to rumours. It's Sony PlayStation 5 reveal event and it's possible that Elden Ring will be one of the big titles to appear on the event. However, other rumours suggested that Microsoft asked the publisher Bandai Namco to delay showing more Elden Ring stuff until the reveal of Xbox Series X console. Apparently, the game will be shown again on the big event, which is rumoured for April/May 2020 but it's unclear what is the reason behind this.
