According to the latest reports published on the Eurogamer web site, the new installment in highly acclaimed EA's franchise Dragon Age, Dragon Age: Dreadwolf, will be released by the end of this fiscal year, which means by the end of March 2025.
There have been some earlier rumours that Dragon Age: Dreadwolf could be released by the end of 2024, but it seems more likely that it will be later than sooner, given that the game was just briefly teased with the cinematic trailer published by BioWare back in December 2023. We've heard nothing about Dragon Age: Dreadwolf since than.
In the EA's latest financial report, they mentioned two unannounced projects, and the fans strongly believe that one of those projects is for sure Dragon Age: Dreadwolf. The timing of this rumour surfacing just after this financial report seems to align perfectly, but it's all just speculations and rumours, and we cannot be certain, not yet at least.
Dragon Age: Dreadwolf will be the next in line of several franchise's installments, with the latest being the highly acclaimed Dragon Age: Inquisition from 2014, the game that picked up many awards and was crowned with the title of game of the year no less.
Since EA and BioWare didn't say anything on the matter, all we can do is wait and see if anything of that will turn out to be true in the end. However, the thing we know for certain is that the game will be officially announced during this summer, as it is claimed in the official teaser trailer.
