Codemasters have been sharing a ton of Dirt 5 gameplay footage over the last couple of days but the latest one takes the crown. It's 4K 60 FPS in ultra-wide resolution and it showcases some gorgeous tracks with northern lights.

Codemasters' upcoming racer Dirt 5 was one of the most impressive games at Inside Xbox in terms of visuals and judging from the latest gameplay footage, the game looks even better with various options for weather, time of day and more.

As you can see in the video below, the latest gameplay is proper eye candy. It's 4K 60 FPS and that's not even the best thing about it. It's also ultrawide so those who have these monitors can take a look at the game's larger FOV.

The gameplay includes several tracks with different weather and time of day. Our favourite would be the Norway track during the night with the gorgeous-looking Aurora Borealis but the muddy track with heavy rainfall is also nothing short of spectacular.

Another thing that many Dirt fans will notice is the improved lighting which gives the game a new dimension when it comes to graphics. Some would argue that the game is not really pushing the next-gen hardware to its limits but keep in mind that Dirt 5 is also coming to current-gen and will run in 120 FPS.

Dirt 5 is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on October 9, 2020.
