Beenox's Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled has managed to retake the top spot on the UK physical sales chart for the week ending on 10 August 2019. Nintendo's Super Mario Maker 2 dropped to second while Mario Kart 8: Deluxe is in third.
Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled has turbo-boosted to the first place on UK physical sales charts after dropping to third spot last week. Beenox's remake managed to take the crown despite its sales actually falling 14 per cent when compared to last week.
The previous week didn't see any new releases which is one of the reasons why Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled returned to the top, despite the lower sales. The top ten list didn't see fresh entries and it's made of usual suspects like Grand Theft Auto V, Red Dead Redemption 2 and FIFA 19.
Nintendo can once again be happy with the performance of their titles on the chart. Four Nintendo games including Super Mario Maker 2 in second, Mario Kart 8: Deluxe in third and Super Smash Bros Ultimate managed to stay on the top ten list and even climb higher than in the previous week.
Last week's chart-topper Fire Emblem: Three Houses plunged to seventh, which is a drop of more than 60 per cent for the second consecutive week.
