2K Games have officially announced PGA Tour 2K21, a golf simulation title, currently scheduled for release on August 21 2020 for PS4, Xbox One, PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch and Google Stadia.
After a small teaser trailer last week, 2K Games have fully announced their next sports title PGA Tour 2K21 today, sharing a ton of new details about the game.
PGA Tour 2K21 is an officially licensed golf simulation, coming to PS4, Xbox One, PC, Switch and Stadia on Friday, August 21 2020.
Justin Thomas, a decorated PGA Tour professional has been chosen as the cover athlete for the returning franchise. On top of this, PGA Tour 2K21 will bring 11 additional PGA Tour pros whom players will get to challenge in the game's Career Mode.
As expected from a 2K sports simulation, you will get to create and personalise your character with apparel from famous brands such as Adidas and Polo Ralph Lauren. You can get some of this fancy apparel as a bonus for pre-ordering the game.
In addition to Career Mode, you will also get to play with friends in local and online matches in modes like Alt-Shot, Stroke Play, Skins and 4-Player Scramble.
PGA 2K21 was developed by HB Studios who previously brought us The Golf Club 2019 and it includes 15 licensed PGA TOUR courses. 2K Games say these courses have been scanned using cutting-edge technology to bring the fairways, greens, bunkers, trees, lakes and ponds to life.
The game will also feature a broadcast-style presentation with play-by-play commentary of the renowned broadcaster Luke Elvy and analyst Rich Beem.
