In Rainbow Six Siege, the community has a reputation for their ingenuity, continuously brainstorming ways to buff, nerf, and rework operators. Now, it's Alibi's turn to be in the spotlight for potential improvements and tweaks.

Ubisoft have released Alibi as the deception artist of Rainbow Six Siege, but her gadget has many flaws that have made the community shy away from ever playing her.

Her current kit consists of a clone with default cosmetics and one stance, the standing pose. Neither the clone's cosmetics nor stance can be changed and this has forced players to either play her with default cosmetics and gun skins or use her simply for her high-fire rate gun and overall good kit.

The Rainbow Six Siege community is one of the most creative communities when it comes to reworking, buffing, and nerfing ideas. They have done so with Zero and Sens, and now Alibi.

The idea for the rework is simple: Alibi can cast a clone of herself or any of her teammates in a stance of her liking. And yes, the clone will have the same cosmetics as the character it is cloning.

Currently, those who play Alibi, place her clones in areas where enemies usually prefire, revealing their location not by deception but by accident. The community found this unfair to the Alibi players and wants her to fulfil her original purpose.

Currently, neither Ubisoft nor any of the Rainbow Six Siege developers have confirmed that Alibi will be getting these changes and this is strictly a community rework. Some say that these changes are slightly overpowered and might leave the game leaning more in favour of the defenders, and that might be why the developers are not implementing them.
