Doom Eternal was supposed to come out in November 2019 but that is no longer the case as Bethesda decided to release it on 20 March 2020 instead.

Rage 2 has been received somewhat positively but certainly didn't have a stellar start. It seems like the trend will continue with the upcoming DLC, Rise of the Ghosts that is due on 26 September 2019 that will cost roughly $15/ €15/~ £12.

Here's how long it takes to beat Doom Eternal

Doom Eternal Executive Producer Marty Stratton has revealed how long it takes to beat the game's singleplayer campaign. Stratton said it will take players between 18 and 22 hours to finish it, which is longer than the previous Doom.

Bethesda have posted a detailed schedule of this year's QuakeCon and in honour of Doom's 25th anniversary, it will be called QuakeCon: Year of Doom. Among its features are the first live gameplay demo of Doom Eternal, Fallout 76 and more.

Bethesda announced that Rage 2 Update 3 will land on 25 July 2019 and will bring plenty of additions aimed at increasing replayability and adding quality of life improvements. New Game + is definitely one of the more exciting announcements.

id Software confirmed that Doom Eternal won't feature traditional deathmatch multiplayer mode. Executive producer Marty Stratton explained this by saying that they wanted to offer something that's Doom is all about - Slayer vs Demon.

Avalanche Studios' shooter Rage 2 launches tomorrow, 14 May 2019, but the dev went ahead and posted the roadmap, or content calendar if you will, that does a good job outlining the game's content updates all the way up to autumn of 2019.

BFG 9000 in Rage 2 lies behind a paywall

BFG 9000 is a legendary weapon from the Doom series and id Software decided to go with a bit of a crossover by including the weapon in Rage 2. The latest trailer, however, showed that the weapon will be exclusive to Digital Deluxe Edition.
