The abundance of quests makes the very axis around which the entire gameplay of The Outer Worlds 2, the latest RPG shooter from Obsidian Entertainment, is formed. The quests are so numerous and so interconnected, you'll often lose yourself while trying to keep track of what to do and where to do it.
Luckily, the game features a very nice interface where you can easily track everything, but still, there is a lot of space for confusion. However, the main quest, finding rogue agent De Vries, is as straightforward as it can be, but still, finding some places, like her whereabouts during her time in Fairfields, can be a bit perplexing.
If you cannot find the house in Fairfields where De Vries was hiding, we have a guide that will help you solve this little mystery.
How to find De Vries' house in Fairfield
During the main quest you'll be following once you land on the Paradise Island; at some point, you'll come across the objective to find De Vries' base of operation she used to cover her tracks and her true identity.
It's all really easier said than done because no markers will be shown and no kind of pointers to where this house can be located. To find it, you're going to have to go door to door, and still, if you're not careful, you might miss it. Luckily, we are here to prevent that from happening.
To find De Vries' house, go to the northern part of Fairfields, to the house located exactly to the north of the big central building where you talked to Minister Milverstreet. Check out the map above for reference.
Once you enter the house, it will look the same as all other houses in the neighbourhood, but this one has its secrets. Inside the house, you'll notice a toilet. Look above it, and you'll see a lever you can interact with. Once you pull the lever, a secret door will open next to it.
Inside the newly found room, you'll find a terminal on which you'll be able to use De Vries' password given to you earlier to access hidden files and bring this portion of the mission to its end.
DON'T MISS!
