Lords of Fallen is packed with various classes for almost every playstyle that you can imagine and one of these classes is the Dark Crusader, which you've probably seen by now in various art and screenshots as developer Hexworks have been heavily using it in pre-release material.
The Dark Crusader is a heavy melee, Paladin-like class utilising a shield and longsword so if this is your preferred playstyle, read on below on how to unlock Dark Crusader in Lords of the Fallen.
How to unlock the Dark Crusader class in Lords of the Fallen?
You can get The Dark Crusader class in Lords of the Fallen in two ways. The first one is to spend extra money on the Deluxe or Collector's Edition of the game, which includes this class from the start. Deluxe Edition costs $79.99 while the Collector's Edition is priced at $249.99.
Obviously, not everyone can afford to spend this amount of money on a video game only to get access to a set of items and class so you're probably wondering is there any other way to access this content.
The good news is that you will be able to obtain Crusader Class in Lords of the Fallen, even with the Standard Edition. The only caveat is that you won't get it from the start as the class will be introduced to you at some point as you progress.
Dark Crusader class comes with the following starting items:
- Isaac’s Longsword
- Holy Light explosives
- Full armour set
- Paladin’s Pendant
