Lies of P slowly introduces more intriguing puzzles the more you progress the story. It starts off slow with a few relatively simple side quests but then later picks up the pace with the introduction of Trinity keys, special doors they unlock, and hidden rooms that require a little thought in order to be completed.
Neowiz have taken many different approaches to ensure the community's interest is always piqued, not only by the main story but also by the side quests, so here is how to find the hidden room in the Chapel.
How to get to the chapel's secret room
The first step you need to take is to head up to the very top of the beams and get in between the two cogs that you would usually have to jump over.
Once you have done that, there will be a pot of fire on the edge, and you can interact with it to push it. The pot will cause the pool of decay to burn and evaporate, exposing the floor underneath it.
A staircase leading downwards will be revealed, and if the players take it, they will be met with a door that does not require any keys to be unlocked. Once the door has been opened, there will be a chest that will give the players a Crafted Cryptic Vessel.
The vessel should be taken to Venigni in Hotel Krat for decryption. Once he has decrypted it, he will give you a postcard with the Mad Donkey arena pictured on it.
Make your way into the Mad Donkey arena, and there you are supposed to hit the hanging puppet with anything throwable (it can be a piece of scrap). Once the puppet has been hit, it will drop another postcard that has a picture of a door somewhere in the city.
The door has the address Elysion Boulevard 221b, and the players are supposed to find that door. To save you the hassle, we will give you the exact location of the door.
Head over to the Inside of the House on Elysion Boulevard Stargazer, go out to the balcony, and from there, right before the two enemies, there will be a door with the writing "221B" on it.
That is the right door, and now you will be able to open it. Inside will be a safe that will contain an outfit and one piece of Quartz.
