Neowiz Games have come up with a very creative name for their game by putting in a little word play that also brings light to what the game is about: the truth or lies.
Lies of P stands for Lies of Pinocchio, the puppet who wanted to be a real boy and whose nose grew whenever it lied. The puppet has been paid tribute a few times throughout the game, and here is the first location where you can spot it.

Once you have just entered Hotel Krat, after you have interacted with Sophia and explored a little, you can go into the library that is located left of the record player.
There will be a woman in a wheelchair whose name is Antonia; before her, on the right, there will be a piano and a massive bookcase. Both of which can be interacted with.
The piano will require you to know a certain tune and how to perform it, but that can only be achieved if you get the Real Boy ending and give Gieppetto a heart.
The bookshelf will trigger a conversation with Gemini, where he will tell you how he remembers a story about a mischievous puppet that all of Krat knows about.
He then proceeds to tell you how the story is loved very much by someone (Gieppetto) and that he cannot remember the puppet's name.
The puppet in question is very obviously Pinocchio, and this is the very first location where a tribute to the original character is being made. There are a few of these throughout the game, and while some require additional side quests to be completed, this one is very straightforward and a little refreshing for the player.
