Lies of P is the most popular souls-like game to come out in 2023. It is enriched with intimidating bosses that will have you questioning your sanity for hours on end and mini-bosses that will leave you wondering what exactly the developers were going through to create such monsters (I'm looking at you, Mad Donkey).
Aside from all of the fun stuff, Lies of P is enriched with side quests that give you a closer idea of what the world where the game is taking place is going through. In Lies of P, it is a sickness that has plagued all of the puppets, leaving not much for them to look forward to so their wishes are simple.
This quest is about a woman who has lost her baby to the patroling puppets and begs you to return it to her. In a nutshell, she tells you that the baby had been taken to City Hall and she fears for its life.
How to complete the Weeping Woman side quest
Once you have exhausted the conversation with the Weeping Woman, you can go on to explore as you wish. The quest is not time-limited and will not get locked if you progress too far.
The Town Hall is a place you will get to if you keep progressing the main story so don't worry, no shortcuts or side paths will be necessary. You will know that you have arrived at City Hall once you come across a Specter Summoning Pool. Go back outside of the building and you will notice that there are a left and right side you can go to.
On one side there is a tree with a heart carved into it and on the other side, there is a heavy enemy slouched down and feasting on something. Go towards the heavy enemy, he is headless so he moves a little less reactively. Once you beat him, you can pick up the item from the pile of flesh he was eating.
The item will be a doll that you have to return to the Weeping Woman.
Once you make your way back to the Weeping Woman, exhaust the conversation and you will be prompted to either lie to her or tell her the truth. Lying to her will reward you a record under the name "Feel" which you can then take to Hotel Krat and play on the record player.
