How to solve Julian the Gentleman side quest
Next to the Stargazer on Rosa Isabelle Street, engage in a conversation with Julian the Gentleman. Following your discussion, descend the ladder positioned beside him. Proceed further down the ladders and continue navigating through the pipes. When you encounter an optional pipe branching off to the right, choose to follow it. Exit the pipe, and you'll confront slightly more formidable adversaries waiting for you outside.
Upon emerging onto the streets, eliminate the puppet enemies, and then descend the stairs to your left in order to unlock a shortcut leading to the Stargazer. Afterward, retrace your steps and ascend the staircase while dealing with the puppet gunmen you encounter.
Once you've crossed the bridge, exercise caution as two gunmen lie in wait. Proceed down the stairs to your left, and among the three trees on the right, you'll find a deceased woman who is, in fact, a puppet. Retrieve her belongings and return them to her grieving husband.
Upon conversing with Julian the Gentleman once more, you'll face the choice of either revealing the truth or deceiving him; the decision is entirely yours. It's likely that the quest reward will differ based on your choice. In our case, we opted to be truthful, resulting in receiving a Wedding Ring and a Sad gesture as a reward.
