Riot Games' lead gameplay designer, Mark Yetter has revealed some information about the upcoming patch 10.7. It seems like there won't be any big changes to the bottom lane, at least not in the AD carry role, so the meta will probably have the same priority picks.
After our mid, top and jungle lists, it is now time for the best ADC lineup that was put together according to the changes introduced with the new patch.
Miss Fortune - S tier
Miss Fortune will still be the queen of the bottom lane since no big ADC changes are going to be made by the patch. After the Aphelios and Senna nerfs, she's now the single best AD carry you can pick up in most situations. Her lane dominance and ability to manage team fights can't be matched by any other AD Carry.
Senna - A tier
Even after the nerfs, Senna is still holding her ground in the ADC top division. With great range, she can easily poke out any opponent in the lane. She provides very good utility in the late game once she's stacked enough souls.
Ezreal - A tier
Ezreal has always been the safest ADC you can pick in any match-up. His ability poke from a very long range with Mystic Shot (Q), while also remaining safe and escaping any potential danger with Arcane Shift (E), makes him a viable pick for almost any meta.
Caitlyn - A tier
Much like Ezreal, Caitlyn is also a pretty safe pick in the bot lane in most situations. She has incredible range, great zoning control with her traps, provides self-peel, etc. Her item spikes arrive a bit later in the game compared to some other AD carries, but once she gets her full build, she can out-duel almost anyone.
Lucian - A tier
Lucian has a very strong early game presence with the constant harass you can put out. Once you get an item or two, there aren't many champions that can 1v1 him and that's why he's commonly picked in other solo lanes. His biggest downside is that, compared to some other hyper carries, he falls off in the late game.
Jhin - B tier
Ever since patch 10.3, Jhin's win rate has been slowly rising. He has a very specific kit compared to most of the other AD carries which takes some time to get used to, but he's probably the only ADC that can two-shot a squishy target. His Deadly Flourish (W) can lock down people from a screen away.
Kog'Maw - B tier
Kog'Maw's win rate skyrocketed especially around the 25-minute mark where it goes up to as high as 60 per cent. Even though he has a low play rate, so the sample size may not be big enough, he still seems to be very good for some specific match-ups.
Kai'Sa - B tier
Kai'Sa seems to be the only ADC to see some changes in the next patch. The cooldown decrease on her E surely won't make her an S tier pick, but it will certainly help in the later stages of the game. She's one of the best late-game carries with the ability to almost assassinate the enemy backline.
Draven - B tier
Draven has always been an epitome of lane dominance. The amount of burst he can produce with his Spinning Axe (Q) can't be matched by almost any other ADC in the early game. His flaw is that, if you position yourself badly - you can get punished very quickly. Also, if he gets shut down early on, it's hard to come back into the game.
Xayah - B tier
Xayah seems to have fought her way back into the ADC elite club. With both hers and Kai'Sa's win rate slowly going up, it seems like the self-peel ADC duo could be back in business. Her unique ultimate Featherstorm (R) grants her invulnerability for a small period of time, which is just enough to make a difference when she gets engaged by an assassin.
