Brewing potions and doing alchemy can make your life much easier in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, the newest RPG from Warhorse Studios, because potions in this game are usually the answer to almost every problem.
If you want to be able to save your game at any spot you see fit, you'll have to stock upon a very special potion called Saviour Schnapps, and one of the key ingredients required for making this potion is Belladonna, a poisonous plant that is extremely rare.
If you don't know how to get this plant, we have a guide that will help you with this endeavour. We will also show you what Belladona looks like and how to differentiate it from other plants out there.
How to get Belladonna in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Let's make one thing clear. Getting Belladonna is as easy as it gets, provided you don't bother buying it from any apothecary in the world. It isn't that expensive either, and if you decide to buy it, it will come dried too, so you won't need to worry that it will spoil over time.
However, if you want to use a more traditional method of gathering ingredients without paying a dime for them, you should know that finding belladona is a real pain in the neck, and all that because of two things: it is, as we said, extremely rare, and even if you know the exact location, it is very hard to spot it due to its colour.
If you visit a plants section in your inventory, you'll see that Belladonna has some red berries on it, but it is not the case in real time—see picture above to recognise it once you come across it while gathering plants.
Since it is a very rare plant, we managed to find it on only one spot in the Trosky region—if we locate any other spots, we will update this guide. To find Belladona, visit a forest between Troskowitz and Tachov where you can locate a Rou hunting spot and an overgrown dugout.
If you want to know the exact location, check out the map we posted above—you can find Belladonna on the exact spot where the character is located on the map. We stumbled upon Belladonna by mere chance, but now we know what it looks like and where to search for it.
Once you gather the plant, do not forget to find a drying rack to dry it and make it last way longer than the fresh one.
