Twitch Drops give players the opportunity to spend time with their favourite streamers and earn valuable rewards for their games. This article contains information on everything you need to take part in the Escape from Tarkov Twitch Drops Event.
Battlestate Games have released a relatively short video on Youtube as a way to both promote the Twitch Drop event and show the players how to participate in it. The video starts off with the pre-purchase screen for Escape from Tarkov and then switches to the log-in screen for Twitch.
In other words, if you wish to participate, all you need to do is own a copy of Escape from Tarkov and have a Twitch account and link the two together in order to be part of the event.
In order to get items, the players must watch the streamers that have the "Drops Enabled" tag for a certain amount of time and claim the items once the timers run out.
Additionally, the timers do not reset once they run out so the players must claim the items to manually reset the timers. The items range from keycards to body armour, gun attachments and many more.
Lastly, the event will be live from December 29 till January 7 and the viewers will be able to get a maximum of 2 items per day. Multiple streams can be watched at the same time but the viewing time will count only for one of them.
