Riot Games are shuffling the champion sets in Teamfight Tactics soon. Many of the existing champions will get vaulted while new ones take their place. Here is a full list, along with their abilities, origins and classes.
Teamfight Tactics is getting a pile of new champions but some of the old ones are staying, albeit with altered origins, classes or both. Check the provided link if you are unsure about the and what they mean.

Tier 1:
Renekton:
- Ability: Cull the Meek - Spin attack that deals 150 / 275 / 400 damage and heals for 150/ 250 / 350 HP
- Origin: Desert
- Class: Berserker
Zyra:
- Ability: Deadly Spines - Summons two untargettable Flame Spitters on arena corners that attack the closest enemies
- Origin: Inferno
- Class: Summoner
Vladimir:
- Ability: Transfusion - Damage to single enemy, heals himself. Exact numbers unavailable at the time of writing.
- Origin: Ocean
- Class: Mage
Ivern:
- Ability: Triggerseed - Shields an ally with lowest HP. Lasts 5 seconds, shields 200/ 400/ 600 dmg.

Kog'Maw:
- Ability: Living Artillery - Lands a projectile on a random enemy, dealing 125/ 275/ 425 damage.
- Origin: Poison

Nasus:
- Ability: Fury of the Sands - Gains bonus HP, damages nearby enemies each second.

- Class: Warden
Maokai:
- Ability: Sap Magic - After getting hit by an enemy spell, next auto attack heals him for 100/ 200/ 300 HP.

Taliyah:
- Ability: Seismic Shove - Targets enemy with the most mana, deals 150/ 325/ 500 damage. Knocks ranged targets toward her, melee ones away.

Ornn:
- Ability: Bellows Breath - Damages enemies in a cone in front of him. Deals 100/ 200/ 300 damage and increases critical strike chance by 20 per cent for 4 seconds.

- Ability: Ethereal Chains - Damages a random enemy for 200/ 450/ 700 damage, stuns them for 1.5 seconds when it ends.

- Ability: Pale Cascade - Creates 3 orbs that deal 60/ 100/ 140 damage each upon hitting an enemy. Shields her for 150/ 250/ 350 HP.

- Ability: Dark Sphere - Deals AoE damage. No exact numbers at the time of writing.

Thresh:
- Ability: Dark Passage - Throws a lantern that no one will pick up. Shields lowest HP ally.

Jax:
- Ability: Counterstrike - Dodge for 2 seconds, damage nearby enemies for 150/ 250/ 350 and stun them for 1.5 seconds upon finishing.

- Ability: Void Swarm - Summons 2/ 3/ 4 spirits that deal 60/ 100/ 140 damage.

- Ability: Blooming Burst - Throws a seed at a random target. It grows 3 times, dealing 100/ 200/ 300 damage to enemies within.

- Ability: Crystalline Exoskeleton - Gains 150/ 450/ 750 HP shield that lasts 8 seconds. Provides 30%/ 65%/ 100% attack speed while active.

- Ability: Burning Agony - AoE spell that damages for 40/ 110/ 160 + 1.25% of his max HP. Heals him for 100%/ 150%/ 200% of damage dealt.

- Ability: Umbral Blades - Every third auto-attack is AoE and heals him for 75%/ 100%/ 125% of damage dealt.

- Ability: Arise! - Summons a Sand Soldier for 6 seconds to attack whenever Azir does. Straight-line penetrating attack.

- Ability: Depth Charge - Targets the furthest enemy, knocks them up and stuns them for a long period of time.
- Origin: Ocean
- Class: Warden
Ezreal:
- Ability: Mystic Shot - Targets lowest HP enemy, applies on-hit effects.
- Origin: Glacial
- Class: Ranger
Sivir:
- Ability: Ricochet - Auto attacks bounce up to 10 times to nearby enemies, dealing 100%/ 125%/ 150% damage and apply on-hit effects.

Qiyana:
- Ability: Terrashape - Dashes to target's side, throws a damaging attack that also stuns enemies it passes through.

Soraka:
- Ability: Equinox - Targets a random enemy. AoE spell that damages for 150/ 300/ 450. Prevents mana gains in the zone for 3/5/7 seconds.

- Ability: Decimate - Winds up to deal 200/ 400/ 600 AoE damage and knock enemies up.

Twitch:
- Ability: Spray and Pray - Gains unlimited range and 100%/ 125%/ 150% attack damage. Attacks pierce targets and apply on-hit effects.

Annie:
- Ability: Tibbers! - Tibbers attacks enemies, dealing AoE damage on top of auto-attacks.
- Origin: Inferno

Janna:
- Ability: Eye of the Storm - Wind blast that heals allies for 30%/ 40%/ 80% max HP, stuns enemies for 1 second.

Malphite:
- Ability: Unstoppable Force - Dashes to a random enemy, deals 125/ 200/ 275 AoE damage, stuns all affected enemies for 2/ 2.5/ 3 seconds.

Yorick:
- Ability: Omen of Death (?) - Blesses 3/ 5/ 10 allies with lowest HP. When they die, they get resurrected as Light Walkers, benefit from Light origin, have 500/ 900/ 2000 health and deal 75/ 150/ 225 damage per attack.

- Ability: Vicious Strikes - Increases Olaf's attack speed by 75%/ 100%/ 125% and gives him 20%/ 40%/ 60% lifesteal along with crowd control immunity.

- Ability: Poison Trail - Leaves poison wherever he walks. Deals 400/ 800/ 1200 damage over 4 seconds.

- Ability: Cosmic Radiance - Winds up to make Taric and nearby allies invulnerable for a few seconds.
- Origin: Crystal
- Class: Warden
Nami:
- Ability: Tidal Wave - Sends a wave toward a random enemy. Damages and knocks up enemies it passes through. Grants bonus auto-attack damage to allies it passes through.

Master Yi:
- Ability: Meditation - Becomes untargetable for 1.5 seconds, recovering 25%/ 50%/ 75% HP. Gains 100/ 150/ 200 magic damage on auto-attack for 6 seconds afterwards.

- Ability: Final Spark - Deals 600/ 900/ 1200 damage to targets in a line. Recovers 50 mana on kill.
