Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2 is going strong with the new crime theme, with the addition of new map POIs, battle passes, and other in-game contents. Moreover, with the new update, players have received new crossover skins from franchises like Mortal Kombat, Cowboy Bebop, and Invincible.
With the most recent event update, Epic Games has added a new Party Up: Spring Raid event, which will allow players to unlock free exclusive items, including the new free Dupli-Kate skin. If you're eager to add a new skin to your collection for free, here's a guide on how you can do it.
How to Get the free Dupli-Kate Skin in Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 2
You can unlock the free skin by completing challenges in the new event with your friends. Every day until March 22, a new Party Up - Spring Raid Quest will unlock for you and your party to complete. The quests will alternate between:
- Earning a certain amount of XP in creator-made experiences in a party with friends.
- Earning a certain amount of XP in “By Epic” experiences in a party with friends.
The creator-made and “By Epic” experiences you play are up to you, so raid where you please. It may seem obvious, but a “By Epic” experience is a Fortnite experience published by Epic, while a “creator-made experience” is a Fortnite experience NOT published by Epic. There are tonnes of creator-made experiences you can explore on the Discover screen.
- Complete 1 Party Up – Spring Raid Quest: Through The Fire And Flames-DragonForce Jam track
- Complete 2 Party Up – Spring Raid Quests: Axo’s Big Moment spray
- Complete 3 Party Up – Spring Raid Quests: Shrinking Rae backbling
- Complete 4 Party Up – Spring Raid Quests: Party Beats spray
- Complete 6 Party Up – Spring Raid Quests: The Field of Dreamflowers loading screen
- Complete 6 Party Up – Spring Raid Quests: Duplicating Batons pickaxe
- Complete 7 Party Up – Spring Raid Quests: Song Bubble emoji
- Complete 8 Party Up – Spring Raid Quests: Duplikates emote
- Complete 9 Party Up – Spring Raid Quests: Dupli-Kate skin
As a heads-up, all the Party Up - Spring Raid rewards may be available for purchase in the Fortnite Shop at a later date. Also, the “Through the Fire and Flames” jam track contains vocals that may not be suitable for all experiences.
