You've successfully returned the prized catch from the Gone Fishing quest to Eddy. Now, your path leads you to the next fun quest Fae Farm has in store, known as the "Friend to the Critters" quest.
Firstly, returning the fish from the Gone Fishing quest and speaking to Eddie will unlock the next quest, the Friend to the Critters. To start this quest, you first press the options button on the controller or the M key on the keyboard. This will open the map.
The location you are looking for is West Town. Clicking X or right-clicking on the name will give you directions to the next NPC you have to interact with, Mel. Mel is the beekeeper who will allow you to redeem the quest and reward you with a net which will then give you a new quest, Careful Catching.
Friend to the Critters only requires the player to locate and speak to Mel and not actually do anything aside from that. The next quest is the type of quest where players will have to do considerably more for their rewards.
Although Friend to the Critters may initially seem to require nothing more than a cordial meeting with Mel, be prepared, for the next quest promises a more formidable undertaking. As you dive deeper into Fae Farm, you will discover quests that demand greater effort and offer rewards of considerably higher value.
