A statement on the page reads: "You might have difficulty getting products in PlayStation Store. We're working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience."

The commonly encountered error code is CE-107982-7, which, upon investigation in PlayStation's error code database, typically relates to PS4-related problems tied to network connection timeouts.
